Voluntary return

Right of withdrawal:

The period will be 14 calendar days, with no penalties for exercising such a right, thus, we will proceed to refund the full amount of the item, i.e. the cost of the product. We will not subject the exercise of such a right to any formality; we simply require that the product is returned in perfect condition to our warehouse, without limiting the use of the product (provided that it does not go beyond merely verifying the product’s operation and that it is in good condition). If it is not returned in the same original packaging, the item will be subject to depreciation, which will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded. Products such as massage guns and electrostimulation products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You must send the item packed in its box to our facilities, placing your invoice or your order inside the box. If there is no transport company available to you, Cadenza Fitness will contact you to arrange for a transport company to collect the product, which will be conducted at street level ("street level" will be considered to mean at the entrance of the house or apartment block). Therefore, the customer is responsible for moving the box to the entrance of the house or apartment block, so that the transport arranged by us can collect it.

When we receive it, we will check that it complies with the return conditions set out above and if everything is correct, we will proceed to pay the amount of the purchase, minus the cost of the logistics operator for the collection of the product (the cost may vary depending on the product and the total must be consulted).

Products such as massage guns and electrostimulation products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Important: In the case of a return, the customer will be refunded the amount of the item (minus the costs of return transport arranged by us, where applicable). The following WILL NOT APPLY FOR RETURN: delivery costs, costs of delivery inside the home, installation costs, costs of delivery inside the house and installation, attempts made and failed due to external problems (the item does not fit in the lift, up the stairs or in the area where you want to place the equipment)

Return of defective products

The return of a defective product occurs when the item has arrived in poor condition or has a manufacturing defect. Under no circumstances will we accept the return of used products or products in poor condition as a result of improper use. The protocol for returning a defective product is as follows:

Legal safeguards: In the event that a product is defective, we will proceed, where applicable, to repair or replace the product, or reduces the price or terminate the contract, free of charge for the consumer. Cadenza Fitness will be responsible for any lack of conformity within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Refund of the money

Once the product has been returned, when it arrives at Cadenza Fitness, we will check that it complies with the return conditions set out. This process can take up to 7 days, and if everything is correct, we will proceed to credit your credit card or PayPal account with the amount of the purchase, minus for the cost of the logistics operator for the collection of the product, which may vary depending on the location and installation service. If you have made a bank transfer, we need you to provide us with the number of an account into which the amount to be returned can be paid.
