Do you have a showroom where you can view and test your products?

Yes, we are located 15 minutes from Barcelona, in Sant Cugat de Vallès. Our opening hours are 10am to 8pm from Monday to Friday.

Payment on our website is 100% secure. Please note that for split payments, you will have to place the order through our website as you will be redirected to the financing company's website to complete the financing

How was my delivery organised?

You will receive a call from one of our customer service agents to inform you of the delivery date and arrange the most suitable time. If we are unable to contact you, the courier service will contact you at another time to arrange a later delivery date.

What is the delivery timescale?

Delivery timescales vary depending on the product or delivery option chosen, however, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All delivery timescales are approximate.

Will I receive all my products at the same time?

Yes, we deliver all the items together. If you want to receive a product with a faster delivery option, you have to make a separate purchase.

Do the products sold on your website come with any kind of warranty?

All our products have a manufacturer's warranty. This is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.

What happens if I decide I don't like the product and want to return it?

There is no problem. Provided that you contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product.

What can I do if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that any of the purchased products arrive damaged, you can send us photos and a description of the damage along with your order number. With this information we will work to resolve the problem in the best way possible. Please note that damage is rare due to the high quality packaging and transport service of our products.
