The period will be 14 calendar days, with no penalties for exercising such a right, thus, we will proceed to refund the full amount of the item, i.e. the cost of the product. We will not subject the exercise of such a right to any formality; we simply require that the product is returned in perfect condition to our warehouse, without limiting the use of the product (provided that it does not go beyond merely verifying the product’s operation and that it is in good condition). If it is not returned in the same original packaging, the item will be subject to depreciation, which will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded. Products such as massage guns and electrostimulation products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You must send the item packed in its box to our facilities, placing your invoice or your order inside the box. If there is no transport company available to you, Cadenza Fitness will contact you to arrange for a transport company to collect the product, which will be conducted at street level ("street level" will be considered to mean at the entrance of the house or apartment block). Therefore, the customer is responsible for moving the box to the entrance of the house or apartment block, so that the transport arranged by us can collect it.
When we receive it, we will check that it complies with the return conditions set out above and if everything is correct, we will proceed to pay the amount of the purchase, minus the cost of the logistics operator for the collection of the product (the cost may vary depending on the product and the total must be consulted). Products such as massage guns and electrostimulation products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Important: In the case of a return, the customer will be refunded the amount of the item (minus the costs of return transport arranged by us, where applicable). The following WILL NOT APPLY FOR RETURN: delivery costs, costs of delivery inside the home, installation costs, costs of delivery inside the house and installation, attempts made and failed due to external problems (the item does not fit in the lift, up the stairs or in the area where you want to place the equipment)
The return of a defective product occurs when the item has arrived in poor condition or has a manufacturing defect. Under no circumstances will we accept the return of used products or products in poor condition as a result of improper use. The protocol for returning a defective product is as follows:
Legal safeguards: In the event that a product is defective, we will proceed, where applicable, to repair or replace the product, or reduces the price or terminate the contract, free of charge for the consumer. Cadenza Fitness will be responsible for any lack of conformity within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Refund of the money: Once the product has been returned, when it arrives at Cadenza Fitness, we will check that it complies with the return conditions set out. This process can take up to 7 days, and if everything is correct, we will proceed to credit your credit card or PayPal account with the amount of the purchase, minus for the cost of the logistics operator for the collection of the product, which may vary depending on the location and installation service. If you have made a bank transfer, we need you to provide us with the number of an account into which the amount to be returned can be paid.

Shipping is free for most of the products you can find, as long as the sum of the order exceeds £999. If the order total is less than £999 (VAT included), a shipping cost of £99 (VAT included) will be added. However, orders shipped outside mainland Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla) are excluded from this promotion.
At Cadenza, we do everything we can to meet the delivery deadlines we’ve committed to (2-5 days). To do so, we work with the leading transport companies.
We ship throughout Spain, including mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. If the recipient is not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave a notice and be in touch to specify a new delivery time.
For purchases destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, both the tax corresponding to the Canary Islands (IGIC) and Ceuta and Melilla (IPSI) and the import tax of the goods must be paid by the recipient on receipt of the item at its destination.
For orders with several items, you may receive a number of different deliveries. We always aim for the fastest delivery of your chosen products.
If your order comes with Free Delivery only (no installation), it will be considered a “street delivery (house entry of flat block)”. As such, you are responsible for moving and installing the equipment in the place of your choice.
If your order comes with Free Delivery and Installation, it will be considered a “street delivery (house entry or flat block)” and the technician will then come to your home for said installation. The day after purchasing the item(s), a technician in your area will get in touch and then wait for the product to arrive.
On receiving your package, it’s important you check that the packaging and contents are in good condition. If you notice any issues, you need to indicate so on the delivery note. In addition, you should notify us of the issue within 24 hours. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for the damage caused.
